TasteID

An AI sommelier for wine recommendations, wine-and-food pairing, analysis, and white-label organizational environments.

The product answers wine questions through a language-model assistant, and each organization runs its own configured assistant.

Product work

I worked on the application and automated validation of taste-profile behavior.
Each assistant is a configured deployment with a selected language model, and the back office selects that model from the provider list.
The taste-profile test automation exercises assistant answers per assistant identifier and collects the resulting metrics.
The product supports personal recommendations, pairing, wine analysis, and organization-specific white-label assistants.

I provisioned Proxmox virtual machines and built VM and database backup workflows.
I also worked on Docker, CI/CD, health monitoring, Cloudflare routing, secrets, and deployment notifications.
